Memorial Day
marks the beginning of the summer season and the official time to shift to a summer wardrobe.
But it is also meant to remind us all to stop and take a moment to honor fallen US service members who sacrificed their lives to protect this great country.
So today Knot Standard asks everyone to honor their memory with visits to veterans memorials or by offering to volunteer at a veterans center, help a friend or family whose father or mother is serving overseas or even by sending a card, letter or gift to someone in US military service.
